A bomber has attacked a police station in the Iraqi capital Baghdad. At least 22 people were killed in the explosion including the bomber. About 25 others were wounded. Official say the bomber exploded a truck using 220 kilograms of explosives. The explosion destroyed at least 20 nearby vehicles and damaged stores in the area. In another part of Baghdad 3 people were killed by a shell that fell near the interior ministry building. South of Baghdad a bomb on road killed a young girl.
British police say they believe the four suspects accused of the failed bombings in London last week are still inner the country. London police chief Ian Blair called on the public and Muslim in Britain for any information about the suspects. Police have released security cameras pictures of the four men. They already have arrested three people in connection with the attacks. They have not released any details. Police are also investigating news reports that some of the suspects from the failed bombings went on a trip to Wealth with 2 of the bombers from the July 7th attacks. Those bombings in London killed 56 people.
Egyptian police are holding nearly 100 people in their investigation into the deadly bombings in Sharm el-Sheikh. 88 people were killed Saturday in 3 explosions at a hotel and a large market. Egyptian Tourism Ministry says durkers are working to identify some of the bodies. At least 8 foreigners are among the dead. A group claiming ties to Al-Qaida said it is responsible for the attacks. The claim had not been confirmed. Also in Egypt the countries’ first multi-candidate presidential election has been set for September 7th. President Hosni Mubarak has not yet said if he will compete for a fifth term in office.
Israel is promising a new measure to battle possible Palestinian attacks during and after it’s planned withdrew next month from the Gaza Strip. Prime Minister *** Sharraffa made the statement during a cabinet meeting in Jerusalem. He did not say what the new security measures would include. Hours earlier, Palestinian attackers killed 2 Israelis and wounded 5 others near a guarded Gaza border crossing. Israeli troops chased two-suspected gunman and killed them. Palestinian authority *** condemned the violence. He said his ministration will do everything it can to prevent such attacks. Three Palestinian groups claimed responsibility for the attack.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan says his country will do every thing it can to prevent border militant attacks before Afghanistan’s elections in September. ***made the statement to Afghan President *** during a meeting in Kabul. Minister *** also made public a plan to provide 100 million dollars for development projects in Afghanistan. In other news a man dead in a bomb explosion at the *** border post. Pakistan officials believe the bomb exploded to soon and killed the man who was carrying it. The United States military in Afghanistan says suspected Taliban militants have killed one American soldier in *** province. It says American forces came under fire from up to twenty attackers.

In the *** coast over night attacks on police stations have killed five people. The military in the government-controlled south have been put on guard. The first attack took placed Saturday, at police headquarters out side the capital *** . the victims were all police. The second attack took placed nearby. Attackers forced five officers to leave the station while they stole weapons and a monition. At the same time gunman attacked another police station in the city of *** about 70 kilometers from ***. As many as 2000 prisoners reportedly escaped from the prison there during the fighting.
News reports from china say 17 people have dead from a mysteries disease in the Sichuan area. 41 others have become sick. The Xinhua news agency says the victims are all farmers. It’s says an earlier investigation discovered that the victims killed sick pigs or sheep before becoming sick themselves. The local government has banned the killing of sick pigs or sheep. The reports say that the disease does not same to be spreading from person to person. They also say that local officials have created a special investigation team to find the ***of the disease.
South Africa President *** says his country may repay part of Zimbabwe’s foreign debt. Minister *** says South Africa would experience the effects, if Zimbabwe’s economy were to fail. South Africa news agencies have reported that the nation might provide Zimbabwe with a line of credit was 1000 million dollars. Zimbabwe could be exp from the international military fond because it has not paid 300 million dollars owned to the IMF. Zimbabwe, United Nation representative said last week that international restrictions are responsible for the countries poor economy.
A large earth quick has hit India *** island *** sea. The earth quick was felt as far away as *** in southern India and Phuket Thailand. Experts measured at 7.0 on the Richter scale. They also wound possible huge wave in the area. Officials in India and Sri Lanka said there was no huge wave thread to the countries following the earth quick. Thai officials have canceled earlier huge wave warnings.
